1013544_297986117012277_2120506345_nJourney of a chocolate chic has had the pleasure of working with  MatchaDNA Tea and as many of you know I love tea. So to partner with them to complete this review was a no brainer. The first night I tried the tea hot and a couple of days later I tried it cold; I will say this that either way the tea is really good. See below about MatchaDNA Tea and how to order your bag.

About MatchaDNA Tea

20130910-002916.jpgMatchaDNA Tea is Certified Organic premium rare chinese origin powdered green tea.
MatchaDNA powdered green tea is a delicious tea with a delicate and naturally sweet taste. MatchaDNA is organically grown and hand-picked. It can be made as tea or used in foods and cooking. Few people know that the current practice of drinking powdered tea in the Japanese tea ceremony is actually from the Song dynasty in China. It dates back to over 1,000 years ago. This practice was carried on in Japan and is now considered a pillar of Japanese culture. Today, once again high quality Matcha is being made in China. This tea has a slightly different character than its Japanese counterpart. Both teas have a deep green color and a thick, savory taste and texture.

How  To prepare

pre-warm the tea bowl with hot water then discard. Place 2/3 to 1 small teaspoon of Matcha in the bow or cup. Gently pour in water (about 180°F) and stir or whisk to perfection. For more information about the tea please visit their website at http://www.matchadna.com
